ORDER and SHIPPING Information:

We use the following domestic shipping methods:

FedEx ground
U.S. Postal Service Priority.

For International orders we will ship via US Postal Service - First Class.
If the carton or box exceeds their size restriction or is over 4 pounds we will ship via US Postal Service International Priority.

We endeavor toward creating a shopping experience that is simple, safe & happy. All of our photographs are of actual wall art & other goodies. All of our wall art & Tikis are hand-painted. Our Shark teeth have been "donated" by real sharks. Our blankets & totes/bags are individual works of fiber art.

We will happily replace item(s) with one of equal value. Just return your item in it's original packaging with a copy of your packing list/receipt.

1. All in stock items will ship within one to three business days of receipt of your order.  If an item is temporarily out of stock, you can choose another item of equal value, or  we can issue a refund for the out of stock item, or  please allow an additional 3 to 5 weeks for shipping.  Thank you!
   

    

2. You can place an order by:
   a) Using our secure PayPal Shopping Cart Buttons
   b) calling us at 323-268-2062,
   c) e-mail us at one of these e-mail addresses: flying.fish@netzero.net or orders@flyingfishshop.com,
   
   



3. Payment options: For all online purchases we accept Paypal & Credit Cards via our secure PayPal.com Shopping Cart Service.  We accept U.S. Postal Money Orders or Cashiers Checks only for any Order sent to us via snail mail.
   
   



4. Returns: Return your unused merchandise in it's original packaging along with a copy of your packing list/receipt within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price.
   We do NOT reimburse for shipping on returns.
   



5. Our preferred methods for shipping is with FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service Priority. We ship everything we sell in boxes or cartons to ensure a safe trip to your location.
   
   You will see your exact shipping & handling charge during checkout.  All arrival times are estimated from the time your order leaves our fullfillment center.
   
   We ship to a Post Office Box only when our customers are VERIFIED by Paypal.

6. You do NOT need to join PayPal.com to shop online with us.
   Our secure Shopping Cart system easily accepts credit card payments.
   Just IGNORE the login box you will see when you check out & select the pay with Credit Card option. Follow the prompts & you'll be done in no time at all.
